Every year, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) releases its list of the best workplaces in the U.S. We’re delighted to announce that for the second consecutive year, we’ve made the list!
Energage, a Philadelphia-based employee research and consulting firm, teams up with the AJC to survey thousands of Atlanta-based employees representing hundreds of different companies. The survey measures workplaces according to a wide range of factors, with the awards recognizing companies that excel in three key categories:
- Operating according to strong values
- Effective communication between employees and management
- Innovating and operating efficiently
We’d like to thank all our employees for their hard work and dedication—and for making CallRail such a great workplace. Just last year, our ever-expanding team welcomed 162 new members across all departments and levels of experience.
Notably, among the 2021 additions is our new CEO, Marc Ginsberg, who joined us via American Express and is already hard at work helping propel CallRail to even greater heights, both in terms of workplace culture and economic success:

This award comes after a stellar year here at CallRail, one where we celebrated our tenth anniversary and achieved record-breaking growth. We surpassed $75M in ARR, transcribed over 20 million calls, routed over 220 million calls, and joined forces with 387 agency partners.
