SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: 5/25/2020 to 7/4/2020. All entries must be received by 7/4/2020 at 11:59 pm. ET when the sweepstakes ends.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, during the sweepstakes period, you must be a paying CallRail customer, having been invoiced at a minimum of one time, and start a free trial of CallRail’s Analytics Suite, which includes the following products: Call Tracking, Form Tracking and/or Conversation Intelligence. Once you add Form Tracking and/or Conversation Intelligence to your pricing plan, you will be entered into the sweepstakes drawing for $1,000.00. Customer’s information will only be used for participation in the "Camp CallRail Summer Experience" sweepstakes and for any future communications, should you opt in.
Limit one entry per business, regardless of method of entry.
All entries must be received by 7/4/2020 (11:59 pm ET).
DRAWING: Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted on or about 7/8/2020, and winner will be notified by phone and/or email from CallRail, on or about 7/8/2020. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of CallRail, their affiliates, and their immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win.
PRIZE: There will be one Prize awarded. Prize consists of $1,000.00 given via check by mail. If potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Unclaimed prize may not be awarded.
All Federal state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Winner will be notified by email and/or phone from CallRail on or about 7/8/2020. Winner will have three (3) days from date of notification to respond to the notice affirming acceptance of the prize. Upon acceptance, the winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability publicity release. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) releases CallRail from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by CallRail for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of his or her name and/or likeness submitted with entries without further compensation.
