CallRail’s Mobile App is a great way for marketers to stay connected to their call activity on-the-go. Our latest version gives you even more control over your phone call conversations with a sleek new interface and the addition of the CallRail Dialer for outbound call tracking.

New Interface for Accessibility On-the-Go

The mobile app interface has been updated to allow you to quickly switch between your full call log, the outbound dialer, and account settings. Whether you need to enable mobile push notifications for your inbound phone calls from the Settings page, or place calls using your tracking numbers with the dialer, accessing your account data is a breeze.

Track Outbound Calls From Anywhere

One of the most requested updates from CallRail users was the ability to place outbound calls using the mobile app. You asked – we delivered.

The addition of CallRail’s outbound dialer to the mobile app allows you to:

  • Use your CallRail tracking numbers to make phone calls to any number directly from your cell phone.
  • Record outbound phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. Your team can review calls back at the office, even if you’re out-and-about.
  • Quickly apply call tags and notes to outbound phone calls from within the mobile call log – no more losing important lead-qualifying information just because you’re away from your desk.
