Form Tracking Updates
Filter Form Submission Notifications by Tag
You now have the ability to filter your form submission notifications by tag. This way, you can choose exactly what leads you get notified about.
For example, maybe you’re tagging form submissions using Automation Rules to indicate whether they relate to “New Sales” or “Existing Customers.” You may only want your Sales and Customer Support teams to be notified of the leads that apply to them. Filtering your form submission notifications by tag allows you to do exactly that — no more having to choose between getting every single form submission notification or none at all.
The best news? If you’re subscribed to a Form Tracking plan, this new feature is already available to you. Head to the Notification Center to set up or edit a form submission notification to start using it.
Tags in Form Submission Notifications
Speaking of form submission notifications, in addition to filtering your notifications by tag*, now you can see the tags applied to form submissions directly in the notification.
This gives you quick insight into leads as they come in, based on the tags applied via your configured Automation Rules.
*Please note that to filter form submission notifications by tag and see tags in your form submission notifications, the tags must be applied via Automation Rules. This feature is available to customers subscribed to one of our Conversational Intelligence plans.
Form Submission Data in Summary Emails
For the last update on the Form Submission front: you now have the option to include form summary statistics in your Company Summary Emails.
Company Summary emails provide a breakdown of lead activity for companies within your account. You can choose the data presented in the email, as well as choose between a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. If you choose to include form submission data, you’ll see a count of total submissions and first-time submissions. You’ll also have the option to include an Activity Log with form details and a downloadable Excel file.
To get started, head to the Notification Center and edit one of your existing summary email configurations or create a new Company Summary email.
Here’s why you should be tracking forms in CallRail, even if you’re already sending data to Google Analytics.
Lead Center Updates
Form Interaction Details on the Lead Center Mobile App
If you’re taking advantage of Form Tracking in addition to Lead Center, you can now view form interaction details and content in both the Android and iOS versions of the Lead Center mobile app. Now, you can respond to form submissions on the go and still have all the information you need to have a productive conversation with your leads and customers.
Feature of the Month: New Navigation Enhancements
ICYMI: our new navigation setup went live on January 19th. We pulled the Tracking and Settings tabs (formerly found in the top Navigation bar) into one place – a new Settings section on the left side of the app. This makes it easier to navigate, find, and use all of the available features.
In the new Settings section, you will find 3 pages in the top navigation:
- The Tracking page (formerly found in the top Navigation bar)
- The new Workflows page
- The new Integrations page
These will only display in the top navigation within the new Settings section.
