Call Tracking
Campaign for Whisper Messages
Whisper messages are brief greetings that the person answering the phone hears before connecting to the caller. These messages give you immediate insight into who’s calling and how they found your business with details like Source, Tag, Keyword, and now Campaign! Armed with the knowledge of what marketing campaigns your potential leads are calling from, you’ll be prepared to have a productive conversation that converts leads faster.

Whisper messages can be added to any tracking number in your account, and they’re easy to set up by following the instructions in our support article.
Lead Center
Routing call flows to Lead Center
Do you forget to route your call flows to Lead Center? Now, when you create a new call flow using the Call Flow builder, “Lead Center” is the default option - on the Dial step, Simu-call step, and Round Robin!

You still have the power to choose something other than Lead Center (like dial a number or SIP location) if you wish, but this small change allows you to use Lead Center to its fullest potential.
Feature of the Month
Texting in Lead Center
Whether you have existing customers with appointments on the books or new businesses contacting you for the first time - some people just prefer to text (check out the stats in this recorded webinar). We’ve worked hard to make texting within Lead Center easy so you can meet your customers where they are. Check out our top features of texting in Lead Center:
Quick Texts
The first texting feature that you can use to improve your texting workflow is quick texts. Quick texts are templates you can use to standardize the messaging that your team uses to communicate with leads or customers. Lead Center will automatically populate your quick-texts so your team can simply select and send (learn how to set up quick-texts here). Here are our top 5 quick-text tips to get you started texting in Lead Center and our 4 ways Lead Center makes texting as a team easier.
MMS Messages
To make texting more effective, sometimes you just need a visual. Trying to get a customer scheduled, but need a snapshot of the area your crew will be working on first? Or perhaps a new lead wants to add something to the quote you’re putting together, and a picture of the area they’d like to quote would save you another trip to their property? You can now send and receive MMS messages (photos and videos) to better communicate with your leads and customers.
Here are a few more features of texting within Lead Center:
- Qualify and tag texts, write notes, and assign the lead a dollar value during conversations
- Communicate with customers as a team for seamless customer interactions
- Unlimited texts from mobile or desktop apps
- Automatically text with your customer from the same tracking number they called or texted your business with (as well as capture the marketing source that drove the text)
- Use tracking numbers so your team doesn’t have to use their personal cell phone numbers to communicate with customers
If you have yet to start texting in Lead Center, we highly recommend seeing it in action in our recorded webinar, and checking out our 5 reasons why texting is the new calling.
Managing Contacts in Lead Center
Do you manage contacts in Lead Center? Our product team would love to hear how you use it today and how we could improve the experience. What do you love, what’s missing, and what do you wish would change to work best for you and your business? Drop a comment in this month’s Product Round-Up Community discussion.
